Opinion

No. 82601.

May 12, 1994.

Application for Review of the Decision of the District Court of Appeal, Second District, Hillsborough County, Case No. 93-02678 — Certified Great Public Importance.

Lee Max Hyder, pro se, Belle Glade, for petitioner.

We review Hyder v. State, 630 So.2d 1137 (Fla. 2d DCA 1993), in which the court certified a question of great public importance. Art. V, § 3(b)(4), Fla. Const.

It is so ordered.
