Appeal, No. 657, Jan. T., 1970, from order of Court of Common Pleas, Trial Division, of Philadelphia, Sept. T., 1969, Nos. 91, 92 and 93, in case of Commonwealth of Pennsylvania v. Curtis Boswell. Appeal quashed.
Indictments charging defendant with murder, conspiracy, burglary, larceny and receiving stolen goods. Before SLOANE, J.
Petition by defendant for writ of habeas corpus denied. Defendant appealed.
