Appeals, Nos. 447, 459, 460 and 461, Jan. T., 1970, from orders of Court of Common Pleas, Trial Division, of Philadelphia, Aug. T., 1969, Nos. 39, 40 and 41 and Feb. T., 1970, No. 12, in cases of Commonwealth of Pennsylvania ex rel. Alexander Thompson v. Edward J. Hendrick, Superintendent, Philadelphia County Prisons, and Commonwealth of Pennsylvania v. Alexander Thompson. Appeals quashed.
