The plaintiff's petition for certification to appeal from the Appellate Court, 220 Conn. App. 77, 297 A.3d 269, is granted, limited to the following issue:

"Did the Appellate Court correctly determine that the litigation privilege barred the plaintiff's lawsuit alleging that the defendant, the Department of Children and Families, had violated Connecticut's antidiscrimination laws by discriminating against the plaintiff on the basis of his religion in connection with certain neglect, custody and termination proceedings involving the plaintiff's children?"

ALEXANDER, J., did not participate in the consideration of or decision on this petition.
