William Berlew’s Emergency Request for Special Permission to Appeal from
Administrative Law Judge Arthur Amchan’s March 14, 2018 Order granting Berlew limited
intervention solely for the purpose of filing a post-hearing brief is denied. We find that the
judge did not abuse his discretion in denying full intervenor status to Berlew. See Leggett &
Platt, Inc., Cases 09-CA-194057 et al. (unpubl. Order issued 1/23/18; 2018 WL 549552);
