DECISION, ORDER, AND DIRECTION OF NEW ELECTION
The National Labor Relations Board has considered objections to an election held
February 26, 2015, and the Hearing Officer's report recommending disposition of them.
The election was conducted pursuant to a Stipulated Election Agreement. The tally of
ballots shows 7 ballots cast for the Petitioner and 18 ballots cast against the participating
labor organization, with 0 void ballots and1 challenged ballot, an insufficient number to
affect the results.
No exceptions have been filed to the Hearing Officer's report within the time
provided. Accordingly, the Board adopts the Hearing Officer's findings and
recommendations.1

1 The Hearing Officer recommended that the Union’s Objection No. 1 be overruled, and
approved the Union’s withdrawal of its Objection No. 2. In addition, the Hearing Officer
recommended the Union’s Objection No. 3 be sustained, the election be set aside, and
that a new election be conducted.

IT IS ORDERED that the this proceeding is remanded to the Regional Director for
further appropriate action consistent with the Hearing Officer’s Report on Objections,
including the conducting of a new election.
