Employer and UNITED GOVERNMENT SECURITY OFFICERS OF AMERICA, INTERNATIONAL UNION (UGSOA) Petitioner 20-RC-137143 DECISION AND CERTIFICATION OF RESULTS OF ELECTION The National Labor Relations Board has considered objections to a secret mail-ballot election from October 27 to November 10, 2014, and the regional director's report recommending disposition of them. The election was conducted pursuant to a Stipulated Election Agreement. The tally of ballots shows 10 ballots cast for the Petitioner, 2 ballots cast for the Intervenor,1 and 42 ballots cast against the participating labor organizations. There was 1 void ballot and 0 challenged ballots, an insufficient number to affect the results. No exceptions have been filed to the regional director's report within the time provided. Accordingly, the Board adopts the regional director's findings and recommendations, and finds that a certification of results of election should be issued.2 1 International Union, Security, Police and Fire Professional of America (SPFPA) 2 The Regional Director recommended overruling Petitioners Objections in their entirety.
