D/B/A PINE RIDGE: A REHABILITATION AND NURSING CENTER Employer and FAITH PENLEY, An Individual Petitioner Case 07-RD-143870 DECISION AND CERTIFICATION OF RESULTS OF ELECTION The National Labor Relations Board has considered objections to an election held February 3, 2015, and the Hearing Officer’s report recommending disposition of them.1 The election was conducted pursuant to a Stipulated Election Agreement. The tally of ballots shows 23 ballots cast for the Union,2 and 39 ballots cast against the participating labor organization. There were no challenged ballots. No exceptions have been filed to the Hearing Officer’s report within the time provided. Accordingly, the Board adopts the Hearing Officer’s findings and recommendations, and finds that a Certification of Results of Election should be issued. 1 The Hearing Officer recommended that all of the Union’s objections be overruled and that the appropriate Certification of Results issue. 2 SEIU Healthcare Michigan, Service Employees International Union, CTW.
