ORDER PERMITTING WITHDRAWAL OF PETITION
September 19, 1939
A petition, pursuant to Section 9 (c) of the Act, having been
filed in the above-entitled case, a hearing having been duly held
before a Trial Examiner duly designated, the Board, on August
22, 1939, having issued a Decision and Direction of Election,' and,
thereafter, the Packinghouse Workers Organizing Committee hav-
ing requested permission to withdraw its said petition and the Board
having duly considered the matter and being advised in the premises,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the request of the petitioner for per-
mission to withdraw its petition be, and it hereby is, granted, and
the aforesaid case be, and it hereby is, closed.
