The petition for writ of prohibition is hereby dismissed on the Court's own motion based on petitioner's failure to timely submit the filing fee or a proper motion for leave to proceed in forma pauperis/affidavit of indigency (if in prison) or a proper petition in accordance with this Court's orders dated January 7, 2014.
