affirming dismissal of Stanko's pro se civil suit against warden of Montana Women's Prison and others that claimed, among other things, that Stanko had been ordained as a religious minister in the Church of the Creator and the defendants wrongly terminated Stanko's visiting privileges; the defendants denied his visiting privileges due to Stanko's criminal record, the belief that he would have a detrimental effect on the orderly operation of the institution, and because of the racially hateful nature of materials he had sent to inmates
