ORDERED that CLYDE KEVIN MIDDLETON be subjected to PUBLIC CENSURE by the Supreme Court.

It is further ORDERED that respondent shall pay costs to the Disciplinary Board pursuant to Rule 208(g), Pa.R.D.E.
