PATRICK CROOKS would affirm; Chief Justice SHIRLEY S. ABRAHAMSON, Justice WILLIAM A. BABLITCH and Justice ANN WALSH BRADLEY would reverse. Justice JANINE P. GESKE did not participate. Accordingly, the decision of the court of appeals is affirmed.
