In an action for the foreclosure of a second mortgage upon real property, defendant Samuel B. Weingrad appeals from an order made December 14, 1948, amending a judgment of foreclosure and sale entered April 25, 1941, so as to provide for a money judgment in favor of plaintiff and against said defendant, and from the judgment entered thereon. Order and judgment unanimously affirmed, with $10 costs and disbursements. No opinion.
