Summary
In Commonwealth v. Smith, 285 A.3d 328 (Pa. Super. 2022), this Court held that "the decision in Alexander does not address the plain view exception or any alterations to its requirements[and, t]herefore, where the circumstances permit an application of the plain view exception, we need not apply Alexander."
