RULING

The Court has carefully considered the Petition, the record, the law applicable to this action, and the Report and Recommendation of United States Magistrate Judge Richard L. Bourgeois, Jr. dated March 14, 2017. Plaintiff has filed an Objection which the Court has also considered.

The Court hereby approves the Report and Recommendation of the Magistrate Judge and adopts it as the Court's opinion herein.

Accordingly, Plaintiffs' Motion to Remand is GRANTED and this action shall be remanded to the 19th Judicial District Court, East Baton Rouge Parish, State of Louisiana. Further, the Parties shall bear their own costs.
