Section 83-1,105.01 was repealed by Laws 2015, LB 268, section 35, and Laws 2015, LB 605, section 112. Although the repeal of section 83-1,105.01 by Laws 2015, LB 268, was not effective because of the vote on the referendum at the November 2016 general election, section 83-1,105.01 remains repealed as a result of Laws 2015, LB 605, section 112.Repealed by Laws 2015, LB 605,§ 112, eff. 8/30/2015.
