Section 687.086 - License and permit denial procedure; review of rules and board orders(1) If the State Board of Massage Therapists proposes to impose any of the sanctions authorized in ORS 687.081 or take other disciplinary action, opportunity for hearing shall be accorded as provided in ORS chapter 183.
