Current through 2024 Regular Session legislation effective June 6, 2024
Any penalty imposed for violation of ORS 475.005 to 475.285 and 475.752 to 475.980 is in addition to, and not in lieu of, any civil or administrative penalty or sanction otherwise authorized by law.
