Section 34.350 - Missouri domestic product procurement act - law, how cited - definitions1. Sections 34.350 to 34.359 shall be known and may be cited as the "Missouri Domestic Products Procurement Act".2. For the purposes of sections 34.350 to 34.359, the following words mean:(1)"Public agency", the state of Missouri, its departments, agencies, boards, commissions, and institutions, and all political subdivisions, including school districts;(2)"United States", the United States of America, the District of Columbia, and all territories and possessions subject to the jurisdiction of the United States.
