Section 2324 - [Effective 1/1/2025] Condemnation proceedings; rule-making power of superior court

The vehicle seized under this subchapter shall be proceeded against by the Attorney General on behalf of this State in accordance with the procedure set forth in subchapter VI of Chapter 47 of Title 16.
