Section 41-25-70 - Prohibited activities or conduct of employers seeking employees or persons seeking employmentAny person or employer seeking employees or a person seeking employment shall not:
(a) Make any false statement or conceal any material fact for the purpose of obtaining employees, or employment, by or through a private personnel placement service.(b) Engage or attempt to engage in the splitting or sharing of fees or payments for services of a private personnel placement service with any person to whom this chapter is applicable.(c) Intentionally or knowingly refuse to pay any fee due to a private personnel placement service for placement services rendered.1985 Act No. 149, Section 1; 1981 Act No. 107 Section 1; 1968 (55) 2846; 1962 Code Section 40-436.
