Section R655-6-18 - Judicial ReviewA. Any party aggrieved by an order of the State Engineer may obtain judicial review by following the procedures and requirements of Sections 63G-4-401 and -402 and 73-3-14 and -15.B. The Division may grant a stay of its order or other temporary remedy during the pendency of judicial review on its own motion, or upon petition of a party pursuant to the provisions of Section 63G-4-405.Utah Admin.
