Section 463.13 - Licensure by Reciprocity An individual applying for licensure by reciprocity with this agency must meet each of the following criteria to be eligible for licensure by reciprocity:
(1) Submit an application in the form prescribed by the Council and corresponding fee; (2) Submit verification that the applicant is actively licensed, certified, or registered in good standing in a jurisdiction with which Texas shares reciprocity; (3) Pass the jurisprudence examination; and (4) Submit any other documentation or information requested in the application or which the Council may deem necessary in order to ensure the public's safety when processing the application.22 Tex.
