Manufacturers and distributors shall be responsible for the actions of their salespeople and representatives, and any violation of the Motor Vehicle Industry Regulation Act, or of these rules and regulations, by a salesperson or representative shall be deemed a violation by the respective employing dealer, manufacturer, or distributor.
