(a) All medical waste treatment facility or transfer station permit applications, and applications for permit revisions, modifications, and amendments shall be accompanied by the following: (1) Information necessary to enable the enforcement agency to comply with the requirements of the California Environmental Quality Act (Public Resources Code Sections 21000- 21174). This information shall be either:(A) A copy of any environmental impact report (EIR) or negative declaration prepared by a lead agency, evidence that a lead agency is preparing or will prepare environmental documentation, or other evidence deemed acceptable by the enforcement agency of showing compliance with the requirements of CEQA.(B) Where the enforcement agency is required by law to be the lead agency, the applicant shall submit environmental information as set forth in the CEQA guidelines, Title 14, Division 6, Chapter 3, Sections 15000 through 15387 and Appendix H of the California Code of Regulations.Cal.
