Section 5473 - Registration of Assault Weapons Pursuant to Penal Code Section 30900(b)(1); California Firearms Application Reporting System ("Cfars"); Account Requirements. [Repealed]

1. Change without regulatory effect renumbering section 978.33 to section 5473 filed 6-28-2006 pursuant to section 100, title 1, California Code of Regulations (Register 2006, No. 26).
2. Change without regulatory effect amending section and NOTE filed 12-27-2011 pursuant to section 100, title 1, California Code of Regulations (Register 2011, No. 52).
3. Repealer and new section filed 7-31-2017; operative 7-31-2017. Submitted to OAL for filing and printing only pursuant to Penal Code section 30900(b)(5) (Register 2017, No. 31).
4. Repealer filed 5-28-2019; operative 7-1-2019 (Register 2019, No. 22).
