In an action to recover upon an alleged oral agreement by respondents to pay appellant a balance due her upon a loan by her to a corporation, judgment setting aside the verdict of a jury and dismissing the complaint upon the merits, upon reserved motions, unanimously affirmed, with costs. No opinion.
