APPEAL AND ERROR, § 724dismissal of appeal for delay in filing transcript of record. Appeal held required to be dismissed where appellant failed to comply with Supreme Court Rule 36, providing that transcript of record must be filed in reviewing court within 60 days from time that notice of appeal is filed in office of clerk of circuit court (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1943, ch. 110, par. 259.36, subpar. 2; Jones Ill. Stats. Ann. 105.36, subsec. 2).

Appeal from the Circuit Court of Franklin county; the Hon. W. JOE HILL, Judge, presiding.

Appeal dismissed. Heard in this court at the February term, 1944.
