Following review of the petition for writ of habeas corpus and the response, it is ordered that said petition is hereby denied. See Zaetler v. State, 616 So.2d 461 (Fla.App. 1993). Petitioner's motion for an order to clerk of lower tribunal to forward the complete court file is hereby denied. Petitioner's motion for extension of time to file response to the State's response to second order to show cause is hereby denied. Petitioner's motion for emergency relief is hereby denied.
