In an action for a judgment declaring that appellant Zacharias was duly elected as an officer of a local union at its general biennial election held on May 15, 1956, and for other relief, the appeal is from a judgment, entered after trial, dismissing the complaint on the merits. Judgment unanimously affirmed, without costs. No opinion.
