Before MORITZ, BRISCOE, and ROSSMAN, Circuit Judges.

ORDER

This matter is before the court on Respondent's Unopposed Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction, by which it requests that the court dismiss this petition for review for lack of jurisdiction because there is no longer a final order of removal. Upon consideration of the motion and applicable law, the court grants the motion and dismisses the petition for review for lack of jurisdiction. See 8 U.S.C. § 1252(a); see also Batubara v. Holder, 733 F.3d 1040, 1042 (10th Cir. 2013) ("Under the Immigration and Nationality Act . . ., circuit courts have jurisdiction to review solely 'a final order of removal.'").

APPEAL DISMISSED.
