DECISION AND ORDER

James I. Wynn, Sr. ("debtor") appeals from a Decision and Order of the Bankruptcy Court, John C. Ninfo, II, entered on September 23, 1996. In that Decision and Order, Judge Ninfo annulled retroactively the stay relative to a judgment obtained against the debtor by Trenton J. and Pamela M. Jackson in Rochester City Court.

Although this judgment had been obtained subsequent to the filing of the debtor's petition in bankruptcy, Judge Ninfo set forth in his decision the several reasons why the stay should be annulled and the judgment enforced.

I have reviewed Judge Ninfo's careful and detailed twenty-page decision setting forth all of the reasons for granting the relief in favor of the Jacksons. In light of all the circumstances described by Judge Ninfo, including the debtor's own conduct, Judge Ninfo's Order is entirely justified. I agree with Judge Ninfo's reasoning and see no reason to vacate or modify his decision in any respect.

CONCLUSION

The Decision and Order of United States Bankruptcy Judge John C. Ninfo, II, dated September 20, 1996 and entered September 23, 1996, is affirmed.

IT IS SO ORDERED.
