Petition for Leave to Appeal Denied.

In the exercise of this Court’s supervisory authority, the Appellate Court, Fourth District, is directed to vacate its judgment in Woolsey v. Illinois State Police, case No. 4-21-0467 (06/09/22). The appellate court is directed to consider the effect of this Court’s opinion in Hart v. The Illinois State Police, 2023 IL 128275, on the issue of whether the trial court erred in granting plaintiffs motion for summary judgment and determine if a different result is warranted.
