In an action for an annulment of marriage, resettled order granting an examination before trial and a physical examination of the defendant affirmed, with ten dollars costs and disbursements, the oral and the physical examinations to proceed on five days' notice. No opinion. Close, P.J., Hagarty, Johnston, Taylor and Lewis, JJ., concur.
