KEVIN JOHN WITASICK, SR. & WHITNEY S. WITASICK, Petitioners v. COMMISSIONER OF INTERNAL REVENUE, Respondent

ORDER

ALBERT G. LAUBER JUDGE

This case is calendared for trial during the Court's June 12, 2023, remote session. On February 22, 2023, respondent filed a document under the caption "Motion to Withdraw as Counsel." This document appears to be a notice of substitution of counsel; respondent indicates that his current counsel, Harry J. Negro, has retired, and requests that the Court withdraw Mr. Negro as counsel for respondent and substitute David A. Indek. We will update the Court's records accordingly.

In consideration of the foregoing, it is

ORDERED that respondent's Motion to Withdraw as Counsel, filed February 22, 2023, is recharacterized as respondent's Substitution of Counsel. The Court's records have been updated to reflect removal of Mr. Negro as counsel for respondent and the substitution of David A. Indek.
