In an action in equity to declare moneys paid by respondents to the corporate appellant to be held in trust by appellants, upon the ground that the payment thereof had been induced by false and fraudulent representations, and for other relief, judgment in respondents' favor for part of the relief sought unanimously affirmed, with costs. No opinion.
