ORDER OF REMAND


This is an asbestos personal injury lawsuit. Defendant Pilkington Aerospace, Inc. removed the lawsuit to this Court on March 12, 2001 pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1442(a)(1) under the federal contractor immunity doctrine. Plaintiff responded by voluntarily dismissing defendant Pilkington from the lawsuit and moving to remand this action. As Pilkington is no longer a party to the lawsuit, plaintiff's ex parte application to remand is GRANTED. This lawsuit is hereby remanded to the Superior Court of the State of California for the City and County of San Francisco.
