Diane WILLIAMS, Appellant/Petitioner(s), v. WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., Appellee/Respondent(s).

BY ORDER OF THE COURT.

Appellant seeks review of an order that vacated an order granting a motion to dismiss the complaint with leave to amend. Because the underlying order granting a motion to dismiss with leave to amend is a nonfinal order, see Wojcik v. Brooksville Reg'l Hosp., 765 So.2d 895, 896 (Fla. 2d DCA 2000), the order being appealed is a nonfinal order that is not appealable. See Bennett's Leasing, Inc. v. First St. Mortg. Corp., 870 So.2d 93, 98 (Fla. 1st DCA 2003) (holding that an order on a motion to vacate directed to a nonfinal order is not appealable). Therefore, this appeal is dismissed for lack of jurisdiction. ALTENBERND, CASANUEVA, and MORRIS, JJ., Concur.
