Petitioner has submitted filings in this Court which were treated as a petition for a writ of mandamus. Upon further consideration, said filings are now treated as a notice of appeal from an order of the Circuit Court of the Fifth Judicial Circuit, in and for Lake County, Florida, rendered October 22, 2004, in case number 2000-2130-CF, prohibiting petitioner from filing pro se pleadings in that court. The notice is hereby transferred to the Circuit Court of the Fifth Judical Circuit, in and for Lake County, Florida, for filing and shall be treated as if it had been originally filed there on the date it was filed in this Court Any determination concerning whether a filing fee shall be applicable to this case shall be made by the transferee court.

Petitioner's "Motion for Judgment and Motion for Procedural Directive" and "Motion for Stay Pending Review of Case No. 5D04-3404 and Notice of Error in Transferring Case No. SC04-1670 to Successor Judge When Circuit Court Judge Divested of Judicial Authority in Cause" are denied. Petitioner's "Motion to Compel Supreme Court Clerk to Release Memorandum In Re" is denied.

All other pending motions are deferred to the transferee court.
