ORDER

The above captioned case was recently assigned to my docket. It has come to my attention that there exists a remote connection between myself and a party to this case. In an excess of caution, I have determined to recuse myself due to this tenuous conflict, pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 455(a). Since I have taken no action in regard to this case since its assignment to me, such conflict has had no effect whatsoever upon any of its proceedings. Therefore, the Assignment Committee is hereby requested to reassign the case.

SO ORDERED.
