Henry Norris WILLIAMS, et al. v. The DOW CHEMICAL COMPANY, et al.


PER CURIAMGranted. In light of the subsequent mistrial, the extraordinary remedy of a virile share settlement credit is no longer necessary. See Raley v. Carter , 412 So.2d 1045 (La. 1982). Accordingly, the judgment of the court of appeal is vacated and set aside, and the case is remanded for further proceedings.
