Appeal from a judgment of the superior court for Spokane county, Lindsley, J., entered November 30, 1928, upon findings in favor of the defendant, in an action on contract, tried to the court. Affirmed.

This is a companion case to that of Williams v. Bevis, 152 Wn. 469, 278 P. 193, and the facts in the two cases being practically identical, for the reasons stated in the opinion above cited the judgment appealed from herein is affirmed.
