ORDER

Lewis R. Carluzzo Chief Special Trial Judge.

On January 17, 2024, respondent filed a motion for document subpoena hearing. By Order issued January 23, 2024, the Court granted respondent's motion and scheduled this case for hearing at a Washington, D.C., special hearing session of the Court to be conducted remotely at 1:00 p.m. (ET) on Wednesday, February 21, 2024.

On February 16, 2024, respondent filed a status report in which respondent represents that the subpoena hearing is no longer necessary.

Upon due consideration and for cause, it is

ORDERED that this case is hereby stricken from the special hearing session of the Court scheduled to commence on Wednesday, February 21, 2024, at 1:00 p.m. (ET). It is further

ORDERED that respondent shall notify the subpoenaed third parties that participation in the Court's remote proceedings scheduled for February 21, 2024, is no longer necessary. It is further

ORDERED that this case is stricken for trial from the Chicago, Illinois, trial session scheduled to begin on February 26, 2024, and is continued with jurisdiction retained by the undersigned. It is further

ORDERED that unless a stipulated decision is submitted sooner, on or before March 27, 2024, the parties, jointly or separately, report in writing as to the status of the case.
