MALICIOUS PROSECUTION, § 26necessity of proving want of probable cause and malice. Judgment for plaintiffs in action for malicious prosecution was unauthorized where plaintiffs failed to prove want of probable cause and malice.

Appeal from the Municipal Court of Chicago; the Hon. J.M. BRAUDE, Judge, presiding.

Reversed. Heard in the first division, first district, this court at the June term, 1948.
