Appellant having moved for an extension of time to perfect the appeal taken herein from an order of the Supreme Court entered in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Onondaga on June 23, 2014,
Now, upon reading and filing the affirmation of Edward Rugino, Esq., dated June 1, 2015, the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and the affidavit of Dante M. Scaccia, Esq., sworn to June 11, 2015, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the ordering paragraph of the order of this Court entered April 20, 2015, is hereby amended by deleting the date June 2, 2015, and inserting in its place the date August 3, 2015.
Memorandum: No further extensions of time to perfect the appeal will be granted.
