Panel Consists of Chief Justice Christopher and Justices Zimmerer and Hassan.

ORDER

PER CURIAM

The notice of appeal in this case was filed April 15, 2021. To date, the filing fee of $205.00 has not been paid. Further, the clerk responsible for preparing the record notified this court that appellant has not made payment for the record. On May 27, 2021, this court notified appellant the appeal was subject to dismissal unless appellant filed a response with proof of payment for the record. No response was filed.

No evidence that appellant is excused by statute or the Texas Rules of Appellate Procedure from paying costs has been filed. See Tex. R. App. P. 5. Therefore, the court issues the following order.

Appellant is ordered to pay the filing fee in the amount of $205.00 to the clerk of this court on or before June 25, 2021. See Tex. R. App. P. 5. If appellant fails to timely pay the filing fee in accordance with this order, the appeal will be dismissed.

Appellant is further ordered to demonstrate to this court that payment arrangements for the clerk's record have been made on or before June 25, 2021. See Tex. R. App. P. 35.3(c). If appellant fails to do so, the appeal will be dismissed. See Tex. R. App. P. 37.3(b).
