Weiss v. Utzet

District Court of Appeal of Florida, Third District.
Apr 8, 2014
147 So. 3d 1007 (Fla. Dist. Ct. App. 2014)

Opinion

No. 3D14–0493.

04-08-2014

Caroline WEISS, Appellant(s)/Petitioner(s), v. Carla UTZET, Appellee(s)/Respondent(s).

Opinion

Upon consideration of this court's order to show cause, and appellant's response thereto, this appeal is dismissed. See Caulfield v. Cantele, 837 So.2d 371 (Fla.2002) (a motion for rehearing is not authorized for nonfinal orders and therefore does not suspend rendition of the order or toll the time for filing a notice of appeal); LaCarrere v. Reilly, 987 So.2d 816 (Fla. 3d DCA 2008) (same).

WELLS, EMAS and SCALES, JJ., concur.
