Opinion
Gen. No. 43,733. (Abstract of Decision.)
Opinion filed February 20, 1947 Released for publication March 28, 1947
TRUSTS, § 220 — when trustee's fee for conducting sale of trust property not excessive. Finding, on complaint of land-trust certificate holder, that two-percent trustee's fee charged by trust company for conducting sale of property was not excessive, held not against manifest weight of evidence because both custom and authority support practice of computing such fees on percentage basis, and because it would be physically impossible for trust company to evaluate its services in any other manner.
