On December 15, 2021, this case was assigned to the undersigned for trial or other disposition. By Order served December 23, 2021, we granted the parties' joint motion to stay proceedings. On August 21, 2023, the parties filed a joint status report indicating that a stay is no longer necessary. In consideration of the information contained in the report, we will lift the stay and arrange a conference call with the parties to discuss possible trial dates.
Upon due consideration, it is
ORDERED that the stay of proceedings in this case is lifted. It is further
ORDERED that, on or before November 22, 2023, the parties shall file a joint status report informing the Court of the then-present status of the case.
